Winds of Change
Just last week I was running around in shorts and a tank top because the temperatures were still hovering close to 100 degrees. But over the weekend the wind blew in and with it came below average temps slightly above 70.
The weather is not the only thing changing. After much reflection this past weekend, it is with an uplifted heart that I am saying goodbye to Scent-Sations and Mia Bella Candles. I have been with Scent-Sations for 5 years now. It has been quite a journey. One lesson well learned is the potential of network marketing to bring you financial success through the direct selling of products to customers. And with this knowledge, I set out over the weekend in search of a company whose products and services were in tune with my passion. I have learned over the past several years, that true success and happiness comes to those who follow their heart and their passions.
My passion: Photography.
Sixteen years ago I lost my first husband in an unfortunate accident when my daughter was but 10 weeks old. During those first months of my daughter’s life, we never got together for a family portrait. A moment in time I can never get back. Thus began my passion for photography. And so I have finally decided to follow my passion with all of the heart and soul. I am embarking on a new business venture of helping families capture those once in a lifetime moments and telling those stories through the publishing of digital scrapbooks.
A big thank you to my family, friends and loyal customers who have supported during this time. I hope that you will continue to support me as I embark on a new journey. I invite you to visit This Desert Life {in pictures} and walk with me as I capture those special moments in life and share the stories.
